Job Responsibilities

  • To provide relevant support and assistance to the Sales Team
  • To prepare reports and other documents as required by the management.
  • To liaise and coordinate with the dealers and internal departments for sales support task.
  • To follow-up including invoices, inquiries, documentations, quotation verification, and deposit collection.
  • Manage customer request and diver to the respective departments.
  • Design on product materials.
  • Assist in sales and marketing promotional activities.
  • Broadcasting of new products and updates on the digital marketing platform.
  • Sales admin issue quote for corporate and existing customers.

Job Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate in Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year working experience, however, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Preferably Entry Level specialized in Sales - Retail.
  • Sound knowledge on Mircosoft Words, Powerpoint and Excel.
  • Independent and Self-motivated.
  • Good communication skills.
  • A good team player.
