Senior Beauty Trainer

Job Requirements:

Qualification:

• Possess at least CIBTAC/CIDESCO certificate or diploma in beauty field.

Experience:

• More than 5 years’ experiences in beauty field. 

Professional Knowledge:

• Good knowledge in Theory of Body and Face. 
• Good knowledge of the treatment programmes and protocols.
• Good in Practical and able to perform the required treatments.
• Good understanding on de-effective customer slimming results.
• Good knowledge of consultation skills. Good in selling and closing skills.

Soft Skill and others:

• Aggressive and Initiative with good observation skill.
• Can accept outstation and have own transport.

Language:

• English, Mandarin and Malay

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible to all trainees (Includes: CSO, Beauticians, Masseurs, Consultants, Manager) of the Training schedule.
• Prepare a report of all trainees or staff which have been assessed and submit on time. 
• Understand manual operation book for all machinery and summaries for teaching purpose.
• Suggest new innovative ideas to improve the present treatment.
• Train and guide staffs to sell monthly internal or external promotion. To guide them during forwards month meeting.
• Motivate, encourage and create enthusiasm and momentum to the staff for a positive working environment.
• Support centre sales when sales person is not available.
• Follow up on existing staffs (Beauticians, consultants, seniors, Manager) on their theory and practical.
• Gather information from each centre and plan on refresher course or other relevant course which they weak in.
• Determine training schedule when senior is not available.
• Prepare and provide a good Public Presentation.
• Cooperate with centre senior and manager on follow up monitoring of their staffs and centre operation.
• Prepare detail schedule for all relevant training.
• Prepare assessment (Test Paper) in relative to the syllabus been taught.

Working hours

Monday - Friday : 9.00am - 6.30pm
