✔Handle day to day accounting activities & office administration works, i.e. works related to AP,AR and Admin. such as data entry,issue invoice/cheque, prepare schedules,reconciliation of balances, filling, follow up calls,etc.
✔Perform all banking related duties.
✔Able to handle full sets of accounts with minimum supervision.
✔Good communication and supervison skills with all levels of staffs.
✔Multi -tasking,committed and good working attitudes.
✔Coordinate the issues of quotation and general administration tasks for Assistant position.
✔Handle and particular tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
✔Possess at least LCCI, Diploma, UTAR or TAR Colleague Diploma, Professional qualification or ACCA.
