To provide technical support and maintenance for in-house systems and hardware that includes installation, configuration, upgrading, troubleshooting, performance monitoring and problem solving.
Providing guidance of how to solve problems and questions.
Providing at all times a professional, courteous and rapid response to the clients.
To initiate and solve experience, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Windows Server, familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word and Excel) and basic networking experience.
Complex technical issues, adhere to the provided Service Level Agreements.
Follow instruction are compulsory.
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/IT or relevant fields.
At least 4-6 years experiences in customer support field, of which, at least 2 years must be in the support team or development team.
ITIL-Certified practitioner is preferred.
Proficiency in both written & spoken language: English (Primary), Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
Required skill(s): Microsoft .NET product.
Experience in working with complex hardware & software environment with client-server based architecture.
Willingness to travel to customer site when required.
Willing to work over time or weekend if require.
Able to work independence with less guideline.
Vb.net Basic development knowledge are required.
