Job Description 

  • Perform personal assistant and secretarial support to Director
  • Attend management and other meetings and take minutes
  • Prepare memo, set-up and maintain office files and records, reports and correspondence required for reference
  • To manage meeting schedules, report, appointment, phone calls screening and travel management
  • Assist in preparation of human resource documentation
  • Any other new assignment and project assignment by Management from time to time

 

Requirements

  • Diploma or Advance Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree In Business Administrative/Secretarial Or Equivalent
  • Minimum 2-3 year(s) of working experience in Personal Assistant or equivalent
  • Required skill(s) : able to communicate with all level of people, excellent interpersonal, excellent business letter writing and correspondence.
  • Required Language (s) : English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Pleasant personality, tactful, a positive and can-do attitude. Able to maintain high levels of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and applications
  • Must be willing to work at Bukit Jalil
  • Regular Hours, Monday - Friday
