1. In charge of sales order delivery arrangement and follow up with production on orders for delivery.
2. Handle customer complaints
3. Ensuring effective communication and efficient flow between relevants departments, customers and sales person on delivery arrangement and complaints.
4. Prepare GRN, Packing List, Invoice & Delivery Order.
5. Prepare weekly and monthly reports to sales.
