A reputable distribution organization with a sizable presence globally and growing presence in Asia is seeking a People and Performance Manager.
Reporting into the Head of HR and based in Kuala Lumpur, this role will lead employee experience, overseeing several locations in Malaysia. This is an important role that aims at upskilling the Talent Acquisition, Performance and Organization Culture. The individual will be responsible for maturing the talent acquisition process and focusing on performance efficiencies while supporting and developing level of employee engagement, talent development and cultural initiatives. This is a great opportunity for a highly energised individual looking to take on a leading role and continuing their development within a recognized global brand.
The individual could come from a generalist background with experience being the driver on performance and culture. They will need the ability to collaborate with regional HR leadership in order to develop and align strategy and processes. Previous experience in performance management and engagement is a must. A confident, big picture, yet detailed individual would ideal.
