Job Description

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Responsible for meeting customer requirements through prompt service while establishing and identifying potential business opportunities
  • Oversee all ongoing projects and arrange for a kickoff meeting with team members to ensure that the projects approach, objectives and responsibilities have been effectively communicated and acknowledged by team members
  •  Identify the possible risks of the project and perform risk management to minimize the risk of the project
  • Prepare a project plan structure based on the suppliers’ project deliverables
  • Perform project plan maintenance to incorporate updates and changes to the master plan
  • Ensure that all supplier deliverables and project documentation are promptly prepared by Project Engineer
  • Define, schedule and accurately estimate every team member’s tasks duration and maintain a realistic schedule for the entire project
  • Manage and ensure successful delivery of the project including ensuring all team members are on track with project requirement, deadlines and schedules
  • Manage and support the transition of the project into the operational environment
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on-time within the scope and budget
  • Report and escalate to management as needed when facing serious issues with the project
  • Manage and ensure project sign-off is undertaken in an appropriate manner
  • Interface with Project Engineer to ensure the project file is updated and filed properly for internal reference
