The role of the Configuration Services Project Manager is to execute the project based on the customer requirements in the field into volume orders and meeting project’s quality and delivery commitment. Essentially the CS PM will own the project requirements for each customer from inception through to project retirement. The tasks also include managing and closing of project escalation arising from orders and processes. Sometimes this means simply providing feedback to help resolve issues and other times it means coordinating efforts between various stakeholders to resolve the issue.

This role requires extensive interaction and communication with internal and external customers and stakeholders.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Liaison between various stakeholders such as solution architect, sales, technical consultant, fulfillment, logistics, engineering, quality, manufacturing, materials, order processing, partners and various support teams
  • Lead complex project setup directly with engineering, fulfillment, partners and other support teams
  • Work independently to gather resource and technical requirements and manage project to completion
  • Take full PM responsibility for the project setup. Execute and manage project that capture customer’s unique requirements accurately and deliver within SLA
  • Work with a diverse group of people in various functional areas locally, regionally and globally
  • Serves as the Sales advocate for resolving customer and project the issues on priority basis. Assign issues to technical resources & remove road blocks
  • Participate in global roll out initiatives and implementation
  • Presentation to corporate customers on services and processes when required
  • Manage product transition and change request of projects
  • Manage projects in order to meet KPI

Knowledge, Skill and Education:
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent in computer related industry and with minimum 5 years of experience in project management
  • Project management certification such as PMP/CAPM/PRINCE preferred
  • Strong communication skill, interpersonal skill and business oriented.
  • Fluent in Chinese and Korean, spoken and written are mandatory
