Requirements

  • 能了解,书写与沟通: 英语, 马来语, 华语
  • 基本电脑操作
  • 有纪律,有责任感,能独立工作,工作环境好
  • 欢迎离校生或毕业生 无需经验,提供在职训练
  • 最低学历: SPM
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous working experience in customer service, or customer service related fields (i.e. Billing, Customer Liaison etc) is an added advantage but not essential
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc).
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malay, English,Mandarin

Responsibility

  • 每天工作10小时
  • 三至五班制
  • 跟进与提供资料给顾客
  • To ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent Customer Services.
  • To provide fast and timely solutions to all customer related problems.
  • To be constantly guided by company's service standards.
  • Handle complaint, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
