- Provide full support to Sales & Marketing teams.
- To coordinate and liaise closely with internal and external customers.
- Ensure work communication and workflow is cascaded from the customer to the respective department involved (Sales, Planning, Production and Warehouse & Logistic).
- Administrative duties assigned from time to time.
- To assist Sales & Marketing Manager on monitoring of CS team
- Assist CS executive in daily tasks.
- To ensure that customers are provided high levels of service in response to their enquiries and requests for information.
- To ensure the timely, accurate and effective processing of quotations, sales orders, purchase orders and other customer related requests through the sales office, to enable their timely and accurate fulfilment.
- To monitor deliveries from production, logistic and other third party suppliers, expediting improved deliveries where required, to ensure customer requirements are satisfied.
- Review and prepare customer inquiries-PO, RFQ, & all sales related documents .
- To receive customer PO from various mode: fax, email and web.
- Work with sales personnel in monitoring customers credit terms and effective debt collection
- Create SOP (Sales order processing) & flow to production planner.
- Sample arrangement and price revision.
- Advice and negotiate with customer on delivery date, qty & others.
- To handle problem/issues related to customer inquiry.
- Follow up with customer on long aging WIP, FG & PO.
- Visit customer to maintain as good customer relationship.
- Related Degree in Business studies, Sales& Marketing or equivalent.
- Min 5 years experience in Customer Service, Sales Marketing related experience
- Out going, action oriented, able to speak with customer
