Responsibilities:
  • Accurate and timely financial attribution of Americas Services SKUs with no material accounting adjustments as a result of incorrect attribution.
  • Ensure all Americas Service attribution rules are in line with latest Service accounting guidance. Maintain attribution business rules file and perform biannual review with Accounting Director.
  • Maintain compliance with accounting guidance and ensure consistent process across the region and globally.
  • Perform updates and maintenance to Oracle PIM (for finance attributes) on an ongoing basis.
  • Work with Accounting and Costing teams, as needed, on addressing and resolving SKU set-up issues for the Americas.
  • Support internal and external audit requests as needed.
  • Liaise with the Services operational teams, as needed, for questions/issues regarding SKU set-up and impact on attribution assignment.
  • Provide back-up support for other Attribution team members when out on leave.
  • Involved in continuous process improvement.
  • Perform user acceptance testing as and when required.
  • Support systems deployments as and when required
  • Prepare and provide ad-hoc information and analysis as and when req
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in Accounting
  • Minimum 3 years and above relevant experience is required.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access & PowerPoint) & Oracle.
  • Ability to learn use of product data systems (PIM, Domino, etc.)
  • Strong time management and organization skills.
  • Results oriented, flexible, enthusiastic, self-motivated and a team player.
Requirements:
