- Hunt and coordinate area sales activities in the region.
- Hunt for potential local and international key account customers.
- Acquire new corporate account by hunting competitor’s customers
- Cold call activities & walk in door to door for new customer approaching.
- Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities for sea & air and truck contract
- Develop existing and new customers within the automotive industry vertical,
- Foster and implement to targeted industry throughout the whole region.
- Utilize specific industry knowledge to diagnose supply chain needs. Develop and prepare strategic proposals.
- Develop, build rapport and nurture long term partnerships with the targeted new accounts, translating our global capabilities to customer value, for maintaining and continually expanding account share penetration.
- Organize and participate in regular reviews with the accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and sustainable business relationship
- Establish guidelines and standards and conduct implementation processes, customer SOP’s, reporting frequency and formats, design KPI’s for new accounts
