1. Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management.
2. Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
3. Perform data entry and scan documents.
4. Assist in resolving any administrative problems.
5. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managers.
