Our Client is in the Logistic Industry based at Taman Perling JB looking for Customer Service Executive
Responsible for building and maintaining a relationship with both customers and partners.
Support sales in achieving their targets.
To meet or exceed our annual quota and increase our revenue by sourcing for the best partners
Reducing Company operational costs through smart procurement.
Build a relationship with carriers/airlines and customers
Assist in retaining existing business as well as support new business opportunities
Develop strategy and goals in selecting partners and reducing direct and indirect operational cost
Leverage on existing resources to achieve customer's satisfaction
Collaborate with other departmental heads.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
