To assist the department in providing the administrative functions of Human Resource services for the whole organization.
To provide administrative and secretarial services to the Head of Operations/ Manager HR in preparing and managing of human resource operating issues which includes establishing, updating and implementing of human resource policies and operating procedures.
To support the department in analyzing the effectiveness of work flow and work methods in terms of quality, quantity, costs and time-line.
To administer human resource files, records and to ensure all records are properly maintained and updated with all the relevant documents such as employment contracts, minutes of meetings, correspondences, monthly reports, etc.
To assist in coordinating the recruitment and selection process of academic and non-academic staff based on the staff establishment requirements which include preparing the staff employment contract and administering all statutory requirements.
To supervise and monitor new and renewal applications of employment permit, expatriates’ formalities, teaching permit with the relevant authorities. Experience in administering MOE and ESD is highly preferred.
To handle registration, renewal and claim insurance of all staff.
To monitor and upkeep record of staff attendance.
To coordinate the staff development programme including monitoring the annual training budget and its expenses.
To prepare correspondences on human resources issues as and when required.
Any other instructions issued by the Superior(s).
