- Responsible to answer and direct phone calls.
- To organize and schedule appointments.
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply with minimum 1 to 2 years working experience is an advantage.
- Candidate with age below 35 years old ONLY.
- Able to read, write & spoke in English & Chinese.
- Good in Mathematics.
- Minimum SPM, Computer Literate.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
Working Hour ( From 8.30am To 6.00pm )
Saturday Alternate ( From 8.30am To 1.00pm )
