➢ Responsible for increasing sales, bringing in new and maintaining existing client accounts.
➢ Make outbound calls to prospective clients and present company credentials.
➢ Prepare and present proposals to clients, and draft quotations.
➢ Responsible for task status follow-up / update reports for managers.
➢ Achievement of performance targets / goals and employees performance.
➢ Upselling and farming client accounts to ensure long term partnerships.
➢ Assess credibility of our engaged clients, to ensure we partner with great brands.
➢ Build brand relationship with our clients for the long-term.
➢ Have at least 2-3 years of experience in sales.
➢ Possess an existing network of clients and rapport with decision makers across various
industries in Malaysia; especially Brands or Companies with strong social media presence.
➢ Experience in digital marketing industry and outbound sales preferred.
➢ Moderate to strong negotiation skills, presentation skills, has a pleasant personality and is
➢ Have fluent communication skills, good interpersonal skills, flexible and quick to adapt,
responsible and self-disciplined.
➢ Able to converse and communicate in 2 or more of the following languages
[English, Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin, Cantonese, & Tamil]
➢ Highly motivated and absolutely reliable.
➢ Has a Can-Do attitude.
