Our client is a well-known company within the retail industry. To support future growth, the organization is seeking an Talent Lead to further strengthen and consolidate talent within the country. This role will be based in Kuala Lumpur.
Reporting to the Head of HR, the Talent Lead will work closely with the business, and also the L&D function. Leading a small team your responsibilities will include rolling out initiatives and leveraging business strategies. You will also need to shape strategies around Change Management. You would need to keep abreast of the latest training offerings and determine which are best suited to the organisation. Part of this role is to design and develop succession planning framework for senior managers.
A minimum of eight years of relevant experience is required. You should have a mature mind-set to formulate and execute challenging projects.
