Your role as E-Commerce Operation Specialist in this company:
Drive revenue growth by optimizing the store design & product display to focus on conversion and lead generation.
Define & implement in-site promotion scheme for different customer segments.
Analyze data to provide optimize the digital strategy, identifying opportunities and conducting testing across all customer segments.
Responsible for product management related shop work, including product selection, order forecasting and inventory management.
Constantly updating products to meet the seasonal and market changes, and continuously optimizing the user experience and online shopping environment.
Work collaboratively with the design team for online store graphic design, ensuring international best practice standards being met.
Continuous improvements to the user shopping experience with the team to achieve sales target.
Responsible for a variety of data analysis (sales data, product data, shop visits, orders), and through analysis and make adjustments to increase: Conversion rate, Basket size, Repeat customer purchase, New customer Purchase.
Drive paid online acquisition (through GDN, Google Adwords, Youtube, Facebook, etc) and retargeting (through tools like Google Analytics). This will include identifying the target audience and devising digital campaigns using a wide range of media types (search, images, video etc).
Managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings
Determining content for display on portal, based on data analysis and trends.
Collaborate with Online Sales Manager to develop the yearly promotion plan for large campaigns, in addition to preparing monthly campaigns
Constantly updating products to meet the seasonal and market changes, and continuously optimizing the user experience and online shopping environment.
Uploading and managing content on portal, ensuring all links are operational and navigation is in check.
Work with online platforms analytics systems to gather and collate key sales, transaction and website traffic information to monitor product performance,
Work closely with key vendors, e-shop warehouse, and customer service and fashion editors to ensure continuous information flow across the departments, in the view to improving our services to our customers.
Communication with platform operation team for traffic resource, counterfeit issues
Customer service
Implement online advertisement investment inside platform
Communicate with corporate central team for operation support.
Perform other related duties and assignments as required.

Job Requirements:
Soft skills:
Believe in E-commerce
Cross functional communication skills
Detail oriented
Static view
Fashion sense
Experience in dealing with key opinion leaders will be added advantage
Technical skills:
Advanced Excel (V-lookup & Pivot Table Function)
Data analysis capability
Google Ad words and Google Analytics will be an advantage
Experience in managing marketplace platform - Shopee / Lazada
