- Dealing directly with customers by phone, email or social media.
- Dealing with walk-in customer.
- Resolves products or services problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint.
- Enjoy people engagement and providing good service, have patience in dealing with complex problems.
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM/Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
- Minimum 1 years of working experience in related field is required.
- Required language: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Candidate must able to write and speak Mandarin.
- Proficient with MSOffice (Word/Excel/PowerPoint, etc).
- Passionate, committed and innovative team player and able to work in tight schedule.
