Job Description:-

  • Dealing directly with customers by phone, email or social media.
  • Dealing with walk-in customer.
  • Resolves products or services problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint.
  • Enjoy people engagement and providing good service, have patience in dealing with complex problems.

 

Requirement:-

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
  •  Minimum 1 years of working experience in related field is required.
  •  Required language: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  •  Candidate must able to write and speak Mandarin.
  •  Proficient with MSOffice (Word/Excel/PowerPoint, etc).
  •  Passionate, committed and innovative team player and able to work in tight schedule.

 Age: 28 – 35
