Job Responsibility

  • In charge of total Shopping Centre day to day operations, safety, hygiene and cleanliness.
  • To ensure successfully implemented all promotions through good planning and scheduling.
  • Positively represent AEON BIG to all Tenants and external agents.
  • Ensure all mall facilities functioning, maintenance issue resolve within time frame.
  • Taking over & handling over Tenant’s lot, renovation work.
  • To ensure all Tenants have valid Tenancy Agreement and abide all the mentioned clauses.
  • To ensure rental collection is at optimum level and collected promptly every month.
  • To liaise with related parties in ensuring accurate billing through frequent checking of tenants rental charges against the actual information in the contract
  • Manage promotional activities so that our customer have a great shopping experience.
  • Manage local advertising where special commercial promotions may be proposed by Tenants that meet customers’ needs.
  • Manage changeover of Tenants and fit-outs so that they are scheduled correctly and not impact customers shopping trip.
  • Lead a general standard of customer service from Tenants (i.e staff availability, stock and good attitude).
  • Understand customer complaints and resolve as appropriate to deliver our “Customer First” promise.
Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM / relevant certificates will be an added advantage
  • Prior working experience is shopping mall will have added advantage
  • Good presentation, communication, interpersonal, negotiation, problem solving.
