Job Responsibility

  • Administrative activities concerning the processing, documentation and handling of all incoming containers and vessels
  • Maintaining contacts with other departments
  • Maintaining contacts with customers, transporters, Ship owner ,stevedore, agents and customs
  • Solving of queries, reporting to responsible persons
  • All activities concerning the creation, processing and handling of an inbound vessel
  • Reporting to senior
  • Manage activities within deadlines
Job Requirements

  • Good speaking and writing skills of the Mandarin and English language.
  • General education at Secondary level shipping related.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with Internal and External Customers.
  • Basic Customs Knowledge.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Accurate and immune to stress.
