Role: CSE - AI&A BFS

Location: Malaysia

Industry: Banking & Financial Services (BFS)

Reporting line: Client Partner, BFS Malaysia

Roles & Responsibilities

Achieve annual revenue and profitability targets for AI&A services

Run and manage RFP processes, bid preparation, contract creation and commercial negotiations with client

Create sales strategies and plan for Client Partner review and for its incorporation into the broader customer strategy and plan

Understand customer’s business model and generate new pipeline by proactively identifying/creating, qualifying and closing new business opportunities to drive value

Must have in depth knowledge of AI&A implementation in the BFS industry, and prior experience of selling such services

Responds to and deliver on customers request, maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings that meet or exceed company standards

Establish and maintain customer relationships at both the operating and senior levels of the customer organization (technology, marketing and business).

Build and leverage an ecosystem of partners and alliances to enhance market insights and win rates

Ability to influence decisions, approached through strong subject matter expertise, and appropriate positioning of relevant experience

Qualifications Skills Required

More than 10 years of proven track record of AI&A engagements in BFS Industry

Previous experience with multiple client engagements is preferred

Business development / sales track record and proven leadership qualities such as conflict resolution and influential skills

Know how of global delivery model including project delivery methodologies is preferred

Good track record in establishing relationships and connects in the CXO organization

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

In depth knowledge of Analytics products and services implementation

People management skills
