Job Description Our client in the semi conductor industry based in Pekan Nenas looking for Account cum Admin Assistant. Responsibilities:
- Perform basic bookkeeping & accounting entries (expenses voucher, daily collection & receipts)
- To ensure proper maintenance of record, document & filling to support all admin and accounting entries.
- Handle time attendance, OT form, Leave and others records.
- Handle general administrative works.
- Generate ad-hoc report as requested by management.
- Secondary School / SPM / “O” level / Diploma
- Preferably entry level specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Preferable candidate able to speak in fluent English, & Bahasa Malaysia.
- With pleasant personality such as positive attitude, active, self-motivated, cautious, responsible and extrovert.
