Provide excellent customer service to internal/external customer by maintaining good call quality in accordance to Call Monitoring.
Call Coaching standards.
Min Diploma and above with relevant course - Business/ Banking/ Finance.
Willing to work as rotating shift hours basis (24/7).
Able to work in Cyberjaya.
Market Serve: Australia
Must be Good in communicate with English Language.
Basic Salary: RM 2500 up to RM 2800
