Customer Service Executive (Normal Working Hour/ Rotating Shift) - KL/Cyberjaya

We are representing our clients from insurance/shared-service industry to hire customer service professional based in KL/Cyberjaya.
Regular working hour/ Rotating shift basic
(5 Days Work - Based on the project served)
Basic Salary Package + OT/Allowances/Benefits
(Based on the project served)
Job Scopes:
Mainly perform call center role as answer inbound call
(Perform outbound calls when needed)
To assist customer for enquiries and complaints based on the project and market served.
To do any other tasks as deemed necessary by the superiors
Open to Fresh Diploma, Degree and Master Holder
Good communication skill in English and Malay
Proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is a PLUS
Relevant experiences in call centre which served for Hong Kong/Taiwan/China/Singapore/Australia's market is encourage to apply
