- Minimum SPM/certificate or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years
- Proficient in English
- Ability to maintain accurate relevant records.
- Possess good understanding and knowledge in document control and management.
- Pleasant personalities, mature, with good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work fast under pressure.
- Abilities to multi-task and work independently.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint applications is highly preferred
- Some knowledge in Social Media marketing and website maintenance
JOB SCOPE DESCRIPTION:
- Provide secretarial and administrative support in order to ensure effective and efficient office operations
- Assist to answer correspondence and emails promptly
- Assist to maintain proper filing system
- Assist to send out notices of meetings and prepare orders of business or agenda
- Assist to Record minutes of meetings
- Liaise with Treasurer of SAHAMM on Finance Matters
- Assist in organizing and handling of events for SAHAMM
- Assist to maintain & update the membership Database
- Assist to follow up on “Executive decisions made by EXCO”
- Assist to update info on SAHAMM’s website and social media sites as and when required.
- Perform any other related duties that may be required from time to time.
