Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum SPM/certificate or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years
  • Proficient in English
  • Ability to maintain accurate relevant records.
  • Possess good understanding and knowledge in document control and management.
  •  Pleasant personalities, mature, with good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work fast under pressure.
  • Abilities to multi-task and work independently.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint applications is highly preferred
  • Some knowledge in Social Media marketing and  website  maintenance

 

JOB SCOPE DESCRIPTION:

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support in order to ensure effective and efficient office operations
  • Assist to answer  correspondence and emails promptly
  • Assist to maintain proper filing system
  • Assist to send out notices of meetings and prepare orders of business or agenda
  • Assist to Record minutes of meetings
  • Liaise with Treasurer of SAHAMM on Finance Matters
  • Assist in organizing and handling of events for SAHAMM
  • Assist to maintain & update  the membership Database
  • Assist to follow up on “Executive decisions made by EXCO”
  • Assist to update info on SAHAMM’s website and social media sites as and when required.
  • Perform any other related duties that may be required from time to time.
