Able to select the “right type” of talents that have great impact towards overall business needs.
Constantly improving candidate and hiring manager experience.
Manage and provide coaching to all interns in the company.
Constantly evaluating and reviewing the current internship and scholarship recruiting processes and find opportunity to digitalize and automate the processes to achieve higher productivity and performance.
Amplify the employer brand and value proposition across all channels in design and message.
Minimum Degree holder.
2-3 years of work experience in recruitment roles is preferred.
Goal driven, deadline delivery and solutions driven mindset
Pro-active and eager to learn attitude.
Candidate with HR spectrum exposure will be an added advantage.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
