Responsibilities :-

  • To compiles and submit Company Profile & Pre-Qualification.
  • To follow up on Letter of Award (when is awarded).
  • To compile Sales Contract for customers.
  • Coordination of LA’s Terms & Conditions with Legal Dept.
  • To summarize tender documents and correspondences based on final offers.
  • To key in LN systems to Project Dept., Drafting Dept. & MSEL until approval.
  • Prepare Sales Order.
  • Prepare sketches prior to the submission of shop-drawings.
  • To compile Contract Control Card as requested by Project Department.
  • Prepare Local Costing, Final Costing and P & L for Finance Dept.
  • Prepare Proforma Invoice for down payment.
  • To follow up on down payment.
  • Monitor and coordinate with account Person-In-Charge on BGs for Performance Bond and Advance Bond until approval.
  • To prepare CIDB for submission.
  • To prepare requisition of Documentation Fees (if applicable).
  • To prepare list of Maintenance Rate as requested by Service Sales Dept.
  • Assist in preparation of transfer documentation to Project department & Finance Dept.
  • Taking off measurement and form the Bill of Quantities quantity for contract execution.
  • Must effectively maintain ERP and procedure documentation and manuals.
  • To perform additional task assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

Requirements :-

  • Candidates possessing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent will be an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Require Skill : Microsoft Word & Excel.
  • Proficient in oral and written skill.
  • Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English & Chinese.
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Initiative, able to work in a team, willing to learn and work independently.
  • Good organization skills.
  • Good in negotiation skills.
  • Familiar in ERP system is added as an advantage.
