工作职责 Responsibility

  1. 确保准确和及时将数据更新到AutoCount会计系统。
  2. 定期协助编制和生成月度管理报告,收集报告,分析报告,银行对账和其他账户相关事宜。
  3. 每月支付和汇款给所有供应商。
  4. 处理和检查会计分类,账单和发票的完整性和准确性。
  5. 确保按照法定和要求妥善维护账户交易。
  6. 及时跟进客户的后续收款并更新欠款帐户。
  7. 及时发出账目报表和提醒函。
  8. 协助整理文件,行政工作和任何临时任务。
  9. 上级分配的任何临时任务

  1. Possess at least SPM/Diploma in Accounting, Finance field or equivalent
  2. Fresh Grads are welcome!
  3. Computer literate and competent in Microsoft Office (Words & Excel), knowledge in AutoCount accounting software will be an added advantage.
  4. Strong communication skills - both spoken and written with a good command of English and Mandarin
  5. Strong analytical skill, able to work under pressure and a tight deadline
  6. Committed, meticulous, team player, hardworking, always willing to take challenges.
  7. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  8. Detailed and analytical oriented
  9. Strong attention to detail
  10. Applicants must be able to work during the following business hours:
  11. Monday to Friday: 8 am to 5 pm
  12. Saturday: 8 am - 1 pm

Job Responsibility:

  1. Ensure accuracy and timeliness update data into AutoCount accounting system
  2. Assist in preparing and generating monthly management reports, collection reports, analysis reports, bank reconciliations and other account-related matters regularly
  3. Preparation monthly payments and remittance to all vendors
  4. Handling and checking accounting classification, bills and invoices for completeness and accuracy
  5. Ensuring proper maintenance of account transaction in compliance to statutory and requirements
  6. Timely follow-up collections with customers and update the outstanding accounts
  7. Timely issuance of statement of accounts and reminder letters
  8. Assist in Filing, admin jobs and any ad-hoc assignments
  9. Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior
