Duties & Responsibilities
1 To report directly to Plant Manager and work closely with him to achieve production targets, quality and implement company policies.
2 To ensure the company safety rules and regulations are followed in production department.
3 To interact with all departments in the Organization on operational activities.
4 To monitor subordinates’ attendance record, tardiness and performance, to recommend counseling and training when necessary.
5 Overall in charge of staff recruitment and allocation in production department.
6 To ensure corrective and preventive action is taken for product, process and system non-conformances and to follow-up on the effectiveness of the action taken.
7 To define Job Responsibility and Authority of his Subordinates in Production department.
8 Ensure the document quality system is understood and implemented in Production department.
9 Preparation of Monthly Production Department Management Report, Monthly Productivity Report, Monthly Formaldehyde and Resin Report.
10 To participate in management review of the organization’s quality system.
11 To review and analyze yearly performance appraisal in Production department, to recommend for promotion, increment, training etc. to Plant Manager.
12 To maintain a safe working environment with awareness and knowledge of site EH&S standards and ensure compliance with local, state and federal EHS regulations.
