Serious attitude, ability to write in Chinese and English, passion about game, strong sense of responsibility

Job Responsibilities:
-Answer and deal with the questions and opinions from users; have good expression ability
-Report and handle emergency cases timely, communicate with players, analyse and report problems to product operator
-Work in accordance with the company's management and workflow to ensure good quality of customer service
-Cooperate with other related work of operation department
