Job Description :
- Answer incoming customer phone calls and take appropriate action for each call.
- Provide customers with product and service information.
- Maintain customer satisfaction ratings based on explicit criteria set forth by the company.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Provide necessary assistance by following standard company policies.
- To assist on ad hoc administrative activities.
- Any other tasks given / instruct by your Immediate Superior and the Management.
Job requirement :
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree any field.
- At least 2-1 years of working experience in the related field.
- required Excellent in written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Pleasant personality and attitude.
- Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
- Having experience and can start immediately is an advantage.
