The Attribution and Adtech Integration Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining attribution analytics reports and technical integration of it into digital ad-tech econ system, helping drive optimization of Dell’s go to market media strategy. This position will work very closely with marketing attribution managers in identifying business reporting requirements, designing back-end technical set up of the reporting and attribution and maintaining and enhancing reporting and attribution capability, governance and communication to audiences for Global Dell Consumer and Small business marketing teams on a daily basis.

This individual will manage and leverage 3 people off short resources for the delivery of his/her responsibility. This individual also will be responsible for improving data ingestion process for all the marketing analytics of media optimization team through higher automation and better back-end process governance. This role will provide excellent opportunity to leverage data analytics and reporting development skills and experience into learning about Marketing strategy and operations. The role will eventually evolve into attribution model development and technical SME of attribution in the context of surrounding ad-tech ecosystem.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage offshore resources for the delivery of all the reporting and attribution project and tasks.
  • Prepare, communicate and disseminate marketing analytics reports to global team members in a timely manner
  • Reporting infrastructure maintenance: Ensure smooth connections of business-critical data sources and dependencies for the attribution setup and escalate data issues with respective teams to ensure timely resolution
  • Follow on IT roadmap and perform required change in the reporting system in time.
  • Manage the repository of all historical data and ensure back up procedures are in place
  • Coordinate with other reporting teams and senior marketing analytics manager to ensure Dell provides a single source of truth for all teams by performing data analytics for reconciliation
  • Ensure the scalability of the reports for future expansion without hindering performance
  • Take constant feedback from the users to improve the dashboard usability
  • Coordinate with a team for support in data analysis, reporting cube production and dashboard design
  • Perform data analytics based on senior analytics manager’s guidance using SQL, Excel, Omniture Site Catalyst and Access
  • Develop technical integration of attribution system into ad-tech as SME
  • Proficient in SQL, Excel, Omniture Site Catalyst and Tableau design. SAS and Visual Basic are plus.
  • Knowledge in web-analytics, Omniutre Site catalyst preferred
  • Understanding of database structures and process automation
  • Knowledge of Dell critical data sources: Dell transactions, engagements and online tracking
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with remote team members and tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail to identify data relationships, trends, and anomalies.
Education & Experience
  • Undergraduate degree and 4-6 years data analytics experience or Graduate degree and 2-4 years relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of database management systems, SQL coding and Tableau design
  • Proficiency in English.
