JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Operationalize High Speed Broadband sales management includes plan, develop and execute of sales tasks, sales performance and activities to achieve revenue Astro Broadband targets.
  • Manage sales and distribution of Astro Broadband/IPTV products to achieve and exceed Astro Broadband/IPTV sales targets and expand customer base.
  • Co-ordinate and manage, training and motivate sales team or channel to drive revenue growth and ensuring all sales channels adhere to Astro process and compliance policy.
  • Analyse various internal and external data supported by on ground study to design Fibre to the Home-High Speed Broadband area deployment.
  • Work with regional retail team to grow new in direct distribution and manage efficient distribution networks to achieve sales objective.
  • Work with Regional Direct Sales Channel to implement efficient and creative trade activities for the assigned territory.
  • Work with Regional Master Distribution Channel to train and ensure brand visibility in agent stores.
  • Monitor and provide sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to Regional Manager /Area Sales Manager / Area Business Development Manager operations to ensure progression towards revenue/target growth.
  • Elaborate and develop, robust and dynamic networks of dealers to increase Point of Presence (POP) and touch points in all sales outlets.
  • Work with Trade Marketing to strengthen Astro Broadband /IPTV brand identity and ubiquity through related campaigns/ cycles as directed and on a timely basis. To ensure product communication (ATL and BTL) is accurate, inclusive of digital.
  • Review customer and market feedback on regional market trends, sentiment and reporting to the organization to ensure Astro Broadband / IPTV is competitive in the market.
  • Provide timely feedback on Operations on activation issues within the assigned areas in collaboration with Broadband Sales and Operation team in HQ to improve customer and dealer experience.
  • Being a facilitator between Customer Operation and Sales channel to improvise process and customer experience.
REQUIREMENTS:

Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development and client-facing roles preferably from Broadband/ISP Dealer/Reseller Sales
  • Proficiency in English & Bahasa both in speaking and written
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong Interpersonal skills.
