A household brand name is looking for an Industrial Relations Specialist to oversee all their Industrial Relations matters in their manufacturing plant.
Reporting directly to the Head of Human Resources, you will be tasked in overseeing all disciplinary matter as well as union negotiations. Common cases you would need to cover include theft and criminal breach of trust.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Law is essential along with 7 years of post qualification experience working in related fields. A background in legal specialising in employment law is a plus.
