Basic Function: Works with the project manager and project controls manager to manage the project planning activities To ensure timely and accurate preparation and maintenance of schedules and progress reports for all aspects of work including engineering, procurement, fabrication and installation. This includes the development and maintenance of project master schedules, milestone schedules and interface schedules, also interfacing with client PMT members and sub-contractors Tasks & Responsibilities
- Leads development and integration of detailed CPM project plans and schedules at required levels, covering specific work phases and activities for each functional area – engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, hook-up and commissioning.
- Reviews work scope with Functional Groups to ensure full scope inclusion in schedule and define logic, interfaces and interdependencies between activities.
- Ensures methods are in place to measure, report and monitor project progress against plan with periodic presentation of report analysis to PMT and Client.
