Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for all planning, ordering and daily forecast and logistic of in- flight pre purchased and commercial meals.
  • Monitor take up, wastage and shortage trend at KUL, Line Station & Hub.
  • Coordinate and manage meals for ATM, government warrants, last minute changes, charter flight, Inter Department Request, special request and AOG program.
  • Analyze, develop and responsible for all daily forecast and logistics of in-flight pre booked and commercial meal as well as sundry items based on daily take up rate and wastages.
Gather and consolidate data from various system (ISS4, Naviatire and Pre-Booked) that related with meal ordering and planning.

Coordinating and assisting Hub and Line Station Caterer in regards with Meal Orders, Pre Booked and Commercial Meals accordingly.

Forecast and place orders for weekly perishable meals to purchaser and warehouse.

Planning, managing and controlling inventory and consumption of perishable meals up to loading on board on daily basis.

Update and create meal order for crew meal, new menu, new flights or additional flights.

Planning meal cycle for Angkatan Tentera Malaysia (ATM) and Government Warrant (WAK) and Crew Meal Cycle, assist last minute changes meals for ATM & WAK passenger, monitor closely charter flight, Inter department and special request.

Liaise with Flight Attendant Department and relevant parties for on-board special request arrangement.

Investigate crew voyage report, customers complaints regarding in-flight related products and services and address with relevant personnel.

Desired Skills & Experience
  • Have relevant qualifications in data analysis, statistic, data analysis, inventory management, supply chain management, operations management or other equivalent qualifications.
  • Have at least 2 years of working experience in inventory management or any related field.
  • Possess strong analytical skill and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Words and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to manipulate and interpret data in MS Excel, and reconcile to pivot table & reporting, SUMIFS, SUMPRODUCT, INDEX, MATCH and LOOKUP Formula and present to management on daily basis
  • Willing & able to work in a fast pace & high-pressure environment and short
  • Excellence in English and good communication skill.
  • Proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst or in any related task
