Job Descriptions :

-Data Custodian for Material Master (MM)

-Fulfillment related issue

-Contract Management System (CMS)

-Maintenance CMS workflow and support including upload of standard contract template, legacy , perform UAT of any new workflow

-Coordinates and resolves system related problem including UAT & verificaiton of system change request ( MM, Ariba Buyer, SAP, B2B, Rightfax) with buyers, user departments and suppliers

-Administer purchasing processes in managing day to day activities

-Compilation of Data Analysis Report / Ad hoc Reporting

Job Requirements :

-Degree in Business Administration / Finance with 1-2 years relevant working experience

-Sensitive to figure and good at mathematic

-Possess good interpesonal, communication and negotitation skills

-Hands-on experience in using SAP / Ariba / Oracle or any other ERP system will be an added advantage

-Able to wrok independently

-Fresh graduate are encouraged as on the training will be provided
