Training responsibilities
  • Be the regional single point of contact to capture and communicate L&D needs, concerns, changes and solutions to and from APOS sales. Capture, organize & Analyze regional needs and represent them back to Global Training Program
  • Regular engagement with regional APOS programs owners to support in content development and delivery to APOS sales: Deliver APOS Specific training in region, in particular to support new offer and capability launches such as VSP / VI.
  • Work with regional and local resources to ensure language coverage for all training and content.
  • Work with regional and site specific Service Sales and Field Sales Enablement teams to collaborate on new hire and continuous sales trainings relevant for APOS sellers.
  • Project manage training curriculum and roadmap coordination back to regional stakeholders and execute against the needs driven by the evolution of the APOS learning and development strategy.
  • Contribute to the longer term evolution of the APOS L&D Function through Content Development, Digital Design & Career Development etc.
  • Track and drive sales progression and completion adherence across Sales University requirements.
Regional Sales Sustaining Responsibilities
  • First point of contact for regional APOS Sales for all new launch enquiries and issues
  • Manage new launch transition to sustaining through use of Q&A sessions / War Rooms
  • Update & Manage central repository of Q&A / Playbook information for APOS.
  • Gather, Summarize and report back all regional issues back to the relevant Program Owner
  • Present APOS Roadmap to APOS Regional Sales
  • Develop Business Acumen / deeper understanding of the region / segment in order to represent sales on core program team discussions
  • Develop the ability to anticipate and articulate regional APOS business needs – anticipate and address potential gaps and roadblocks with APOS Program managers.
