Report directly to the HR Director. He is responsible for the human resources and general administration.
2. Scope of Work
l Responsible to develop and implement the company’s HR and administration policies, procedures and systems to each corner of the company as to build up the necessary company culture as well.
l Responsible to maintenance, publicity, explain the policies to guide the office and employees to follow the policies and systems.
l Responsible to understand each department personnel arrangement. Coordinate with each department head for the better arrangement on the staffs numbers, staff benefits and excessive of staff.
l To advice the department head for the appropriate staff development and training program.
l Responsible to assist each department head to resolve departmental conflict or employee conflict.
l Responsible for the quality control in employee quality, quantity. Effectively quality control system implementation.
l To advice the retain program to improve company manpower turn over rate.
l As a HR main representative and speaker to HQ.
l Responsible on employee salary pay out on time with compliance with local government rules and regulations.
l Assist in Company branding project.
l Responsible to propose and coordinate the Company yearly events like annual dinner, team building, company trip etc.
3. Qualification Requirement
l Minimum Degree. Preferable Degree in Human Resources Management or Degree Economic or Degree in Business Management.
l Preferable over five (5) years working experience in manufacturing industry or processing company in the field of admin and personnel management. Preferable from the middle management level (or company department manager).
l Good English speaking, reading and writing ability;
l International working experience;
l Good social and interpersonal relationships;
l Sounds management skills and talents;
l Hardworking, sincere and highly integrity;
l Presentable outlook, civilized manner;
l Strong fighting spirit and career dedication;
