RESPONSIBILITY Maintain and provide full administrative supports to the operations. (recruitment, selection and replacement.) Maintains employee development with benefit programs and education programs. To maintain HR staff job results by counselling and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring and appraising job results. Payroll computation inclusive leaves, allowances, overtime, claims, EPF & SOCSO and PCB. Advise management on personnel / training and management development trends. Compile monthly headcount, relevant HR statistics and payroll report. Application/renewal of foreign worker's permit REQUIREMENT Monday to saturday working (full days) ( 8am-5pm)
