About the company
A well established adhesive and chemical manufacturing company for over 50 years in the industry. This company is a pioneer in the manufacturing  formalin, phenolic and amino adhesive resins for the wood-based  industry. Today, with thier production facilities located at Shah Alam produce a full range of resins for chipboard and MDF manufacturers, paper lamination resins, insulation materials, concrete adhesives  paper chemicals.    

Roles & Responsibilities
Your primary functions are responsible and oversee the management of the warehouse and operations functions and activities. The functions will entail the handling, storage, preservation,packaging and delivery of materials/products from receiving to delivery.   
-Ensure that all materials and finished goods are identified,labeled,preserved and stored in the designated storage area.   
-Responsible for high accuracy of all inventory records which include raw and packaging materials in computerized inventory system.
-To ensure proper stock records and reports pertaining to all materials and goods transactions.
-To ensure availability of materials for production as required in order to minimize production down time.
-Oversee hardener production.
-Conduct daily monthly and annual stock counts.
-Manage the maintenance of all warehouse equipment,forklift,etc. ensuring they remain safe, fit for use and legal all the times.

The person
-Male preferred; age 28-40.
-Candidate must possess at least a A level or Diploma qualification in Warehouse -Management,Business or Chemistry.
-Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations role within manufacturing/production environment.
-Knowledge of warehouse operations and stock management.
-Be experienced with knowledge in ISO,QC Tools and Good Warehouse Practices.
-Excellent communication, process management and supervision skills.
