JOB DESCRIPTION Responsibilities
- Drive the acquisition of new products i.e Cards, Personal Loan, Balance Transfer, Deposits, Flexi Cash Plan to new customers via Direct Sales Team
- Responsible to achieve the respective business AOP targets as well as strategic planning involving internal workforce and external work force plus various stakeholders
- Support the acquisition strategy and execute its implementation by working with various internal and external stakeholders
- Involved in all planning and strategic business growth and execution of key revenue drives activation, mobilize resource and effort towards key business area
- Ensure compliance rules are adhered to by every section of units within DST
- A recognised Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
