Job Descriptions

  • Assist in calling the candidates and arrange an interview session
  • Post job advertisement according to the targeted position (assigned by recruitment consultant)
  • Assist management and implementation of administrative and facilities functions
  • Assist in sales activities administrative
  • Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
  • Supporting the office manager, officer assistant to perform administrative duties as requested
Job Requirements

  • Able to speak English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (Written/Spoken)
  • Student from Business, Human Resource, Marketing or any other field are encouraged to apply (Diploma/Bachelor Degree)
  • Able to multitask is an added advantage
