Opportunity ID: MYO-201930121 Type : Full time Position Level : Skilled / Non-Executive Industry : Sciences - Food Tech/Nutritionist Job Specialization : Hotel/Restaurant - Food/Beverage/Restaurant City : Subang Jaya Description : - Observes and test food being cooked; samples all food prepared. - Make daily inspections of refrigerators, stores, outlets and kitchen areas. - Attends to guest complaints and inquiries if necessary. - Demonstrates elegant preparations in front guest when requires. - To implement and develop on new menus, recipes and pricing. - To improved and maintain on the quality of the food and food taste. - Assist Executive Chef in maintaining proper performances and kitchen organization. - Coordinate mise-en-place production for all outlets as instructed. - Dispenses food only against valid Guest or Officer's check. - Pay detailed attention to hygiene, cleanliness and sanitation. - Ensures that hotel cost control policies and procedures are strictly adhered to. - Responsible, self-starter, physically fit with high degree of integrity. Requirements : - Candidate must possess at least STPM in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent. - Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English - Minimum 2-3 years' experience in restaurant or FB industries.
