· To deliver required Service Level Agreements for all of our customers, both Cash and Manned Guarding Services.
· To ensure Cost Operating Targets are achieved in line with Branch Profit and Loss (P&L) Budget.
· Standard Operating Procedures to be adhered to, ensuring that all security, Health and Safety, and operational requirements are satisfied.
· Work with customers to ensure they are delighted when dealing with Safeguards G4S.
· Productivity targets achieved across the operating site to be consistently challenged to make efficiencies, without compromising service delivery.
· Empower and lead all colleagues in operating site, ensuring employee satisfaction, rewarding excellent performance and developing team members who have the ability to progress.
· Experience of managing productivity and an operating (P&L) budget.
· Exposure to working in a highly compliance driven business where SOP’s must be adhered to.
· Process Improvement experience.
· Customer management experience.
· Experience of leading and motivating large operational teams.
· Ideally of Graduate Calibre.
· Minimum 5 years work experience in an operational environment.
· Good spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
· IT Literate
Ideally some exposure of working with local government agencies and Police.
