  • Knowledge of basic principles, methods, technologies and practices of a professional/technical field.

  • 2-3 years experience working in a IT or Service related environment
  • Strong language competencies in English
  • Strong customer service and handling skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster win-win framework
  • Skillful negotiations with others to achieve desirable results
  • Ability to manage adverse and ambiguous situations
  • Strong ownership traits and personal leadership
