- Call list of Bank's customer provided for placing Fixed Deposit Accounts.
- Use scripts to provide information about product's features and benifits to customer.
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer's requirements.
- Persuade the customer to place FD by demonstrating how customer can earn more interest.
- Record the customer's personal information accurately in a computer system.
- Go the 'extra mile to meet Fixed Deposit quota set by Bank.
- Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.
- Has experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas as Telemarketeer.
- Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese launguge is prefer not compulsory.
- Persistent and results-oriented.
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection.
- Possess at least SPM or Higher Education Level.
